  • Delivered the wrong product
  • Product delivered with fabric anomaly,
  • Delivered product that is damaged during deliver
  • Conditions: Lotus Lounge Chair to be informed within 24 hours of submission, with written notice and photo from Packaging, Product and Damage; The product must be complete and in the original packaging; It is required to attach a document for the purchased product and a document for receipt of the product;

The cost of returning the product is on charge by the Brand

Warranty

1 Year: stitches, zipper and rivets in outer and inner cover.

Replacement of the product

  • Replacement with another color
  • Replacement for a larger product with a surcharge
  • Conditions: Lotus Lounge Chair to be notified within 24 hours, with written reason for the return of the product; The product must be complete, undamaged and packed in the original packaging; It is required to attach a document for the purchased product and a document for receipt of the product; The cost of returning the product are on charge by the buyer

Excluded from warranty

  • Outer cover: Fading from sun, physical damage with sharp objects and use of force, jumping, pulling, cutting, burning, melting and scratching
  • Inner cover: Physical damage with sharp objects and use of force, use without outer cover, jumping, pulling, cutting, burning, melting and scratching
  • Filling: Gradual shrinking of EPS volume, intentional or careless discharge of the filling through the zipper or through damage caused by negligence of the inner and outer cover.
