Account
- You can change your name, e-mail address or your password by going to ‘My Account’ – ‘Account Details’ and update your name. Address by going to ‘Address’ – ‘Edit’
- If you wish to delete your account and remove all your personal data from our system, send us e-mail at hello@lotusloungechair.com/bh.You can rejoin us anytime by registering again on hello@lotusloungechair.com/bh
- There are many reasons why it’s not possible to register or login. A space before or behind your e-mail address causes the error message saying that you have enter an invalid e-mail address.
- It is also possible that there is a space behind your password. Also keep in mind that passwords are case sensitive.

Simply click on the link “If you do not wish to receive our newsletters any more, click here” located at the bottom of each newsletter. If this doesn’t seem to work, please contact us at hello@lotusloungechair.com/bh
- Your login is simply your e-mail address. To get your password again, go to My Account and click on: “Forgot your password?” We will send you your password to your e-mail address.
- You can always change your password by going to ‘My Account’>’Account Details’. Check the box ‘New Password’ and ‘Confirm new password’ fill in your current password and what you’d like to change it to in the provided space.
Order
- Add your products to your shopping cart
Go to the product of your Fabric choice,
Go to the product of your Color choice and click on ‘Add to cart’.
If you would like to buy more of the same product, use the plus or minus button that can be found next to the ‘Add to cart’ button before clicking on ‘Add to cart’.
Once you have done this, you can continue shopping on Lotus Lounge Chair or you can just buy this product.
- Go to your shopping cart
To buy a product, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
This webpage shows you all the products that you have added to your product page.
Check all of your selected products. If you would like to remove something from your shopping cart, click on the gray cross, which you can find on the right of the price of the individual product.
- I have credits on my account. How do I use them?
If you have credits, they will be deducted from the total price automatically. If you would like to save your credits for a future order, click on the gray cross next to ‘Credits’.
- I have a Promotional code or gift card. How do I use this?
On the webpage with an overview of your order, you will see a section ‘Promo code or gift card’. Fill in your promo code or gift card code (bv. J9YGTXXXJDJH) here.
- Fill in the delivery details and payment method
Once you have checked all of the articles in your cart, click on ‘Continue to order’.
You will end up on a webpage called ‘Address’ where you can change the delivery address and billing address if you’d like to do so. To know how to do this, click here.
Choose what payment method you’d like to choose by clicking on the dot which is on the left of your preferred payment method.If you forgot to add your promo code or gift card code on the previous page, you can still do so on this webpage.
Check if all the details are correct and click on ‘Pay your order’.
- On a secured page, you’ll be able to enter your bank details. Check If all the information is correct and click on ‘Yes, I confirm my payment’. Once your payment has gone through, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Keep this e-mail in your records. If you’d like to contact our customer service, you will need the order number which can be found in this e-mail. If you cannot find the e-mail or if you removed it, you can find all the details of your order on ‘My account’.
- Your Coupon Code place to write will automatically show in your Chart and Checkout. If you’d like to save them for a future order, click on [Remove] next to ’Subtotal’.
- The ordered products will be delivered by 11 o’clock for 2-7 working days if the product is in stock. That is, within 10 working days if the product needs to be made or personalized with a logo. The products will be delivered to the specified delivery address.
- If you would like to send your order to an address different to the one mentioned on your account, you can change the delivery address on the page called ‘Shipping Address’. You will see this page before you pay for your order.
- Click the ‘’Shipping Address’’ button, which you can find next to ‘Billing Address’, and change the name, address and contact details.
- To change your delivery address after you have ordered your products, please contact customer service. Send an e-mail at hello@lotusloungechair.com/bh (Mon-Fri 9am – 9.00pm).

- If there is a specific product that you’re looking for and it can’t be found in any of the sections, it means that we do not offer it at the moment. - Are you looking for a gift? – If you want to give an original gift and you can not decide on the size or color – You can buy a Gift Card in a certain amount and send it digitally by e-mail or print it on a printer and give it as an envelope. The celebrant can choose a product of his choice and color, can also pay extra if he wants a more expensive product.
- When a product is sold out, it not means you cannot buy the item anymore.

- We always try to represent our products in an accurate way by using pictures of good quality, stating the dimensions and providing a description. As we offer a handmade products, there may, however, be a slight difference in size, colour or weight.
- Warranty
1 Year: stitches, zipper and rivets in outer and inner cover.
- Excluded from warranty
Outer cover: Fading from sun, physical damage with sharp objects and use of force, jumping, pulling, cutting, burning, melting and scratching
Inner cover: Physical damage with sharp objects and use of force, use without outer cover, jumping, pulling, cutting, burning, melting and scratching
Filling: Gradual shrinking of EPS volume, intentional or careless discharge of the filling through the zipper or through damage caused by negligence of the inner and outer cover.
- You can expect your refund (excl. the shipment costs) within 14 business days after we have received your returned good
- It’s possible that you receive credits as a refund of your returned product. As soon as we have received your return, we refund your credit(= purchase amount – return cost) on your Lotus Lounge Chair account, You can use these credits for your next purchase.

Returns
- You have the legal right to return your goods within the 48 hours after having received your order. All products on our site can be returned, unless stated otherwise. Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- In a perfect state for resale
- Packaged in its original packaging
- Packing slip and filled in return form should be added to the package
- Product which is damaged, incomplete

Conditions: Lotus Lounge Chair to be informed within 24 hours of submission, with written notice and photo from Packaging, Product and Damage; The product must be complete and in the original packaging; It is required to attach a document for the purchased product and a document for receipt of the product; The cost of returning the product is on charge by the Brand
- Replacement with another color
