Returns

    • Returns accepted in a 30days window
    • If by accident we deliver the wrong product
    • If the product is delivered with fabric anomaly,
    • Delivered product that is damaged during delivery

Conditions

  • Lotus Lounge Chair to be informed within 24 hours of submission, with written notice and photo from Packaging, Product and Damage;
  • The product must be complete and in the original packaging;
  • It is required to attach a document for the purchased product and a document for receipt of the product.

Buyer pays the return shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds processing time is 7 business days

Replacement (Exchange) of the product

  • Replacement/Exchange with another color
  • Replacement/Exchange for a larger product with a surcharge
  • Conditions: Lotus Lounge Chair to be notified within 24 hours, with written reason for the return of the product; The product must be complete, undamaged and packed in the original packaging; It is required to attach a document for the purchased product and a document for receipt of the product;
  • Buyer pays the return shipping.

Warranty

1 Year: stitches, zipper and rivets in outer and inner cover.

Excluded from warranty

  • Outer cover: Fading from sun, physical damage with sharp objects and use of force, jumping, pulling, cutting, burning, melting and scratching
  • Inner cover: Physical damage with sharp objects and use of force, use without outer cover, jumping, pulling, cutting, burning, melting and scratching
  • Filling: Gradual shrinking of EPS volume, intentional or careless discharge of the filling through the zipper or through damage caused by negligence of the inner and outer cover.

* Order when the Product is tailored with 2 or 3 Colors or Logo and Personalization to the customers can not be cancelled or Modified!
