Order Cancellation by Lotus Lounge Chair

We reserve the right to cancel an order with written notice to the customer in cases such as: a product becomes unavailable or cannot be produced, unforeseen changes in supply or production conditions, pricing errors (e.g., significantly incorrect pricing), fraud suspicion, incomplete or inaccurate customer information, If an order is cancelled, we will work to offer an alternative solution, If no solution is possible, all paid funds will be refunded.

Returns & Complaints Policy

The return request must include: reason for return, photo evidence (if applicable), order number or invoice.

Return Conditions

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

Delivery Method

Products are delivered by: Lotus internal delivery, or Express Delivery service (courier), Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your address is correct — Lotus Generation Dooel is not responsible for undeliverable shipments due to incorrect information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are included in the final product price displayed at checkout. No additional shipping fees will be charged unless specified.

Delivery Time

Unable to Deliver

7. Damaged or Missing Products
